Walking through the pain of miscarriage is a difficult and often times lonely journey. Here you can read my story, in all the raw and painful details. Our story begins with our very first positive pregnancy test on July 1, 2006. What an exciting day for us - Since then we have experienced heartbreak mingled with joy as we have ridden the roller coaster ride of Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) and brief stint with Secondary Infertility (SI). We have been incredibly blessed with 3 children, 2 through birth and 1 through adoption, and are excited to see how God grows our family in the future.
Here is a rough breakdown.
7/20/2006 - Miscarried Baby K at 7 wks 5 days
11/18/2006- Miscarried Tiny at 6 wks
12/23/2006 - Miscarried Iddy Biddy at 5 wks
April 12, 2007 - Positive HPT, begin progesterone supplements
December 2007 - Delivered healthy baby girl
June 2009 - began TTC baby #2 (taking progesterone from cycle day 14-28
July 24, 2009 - Miscarried Cinco at 5 wks
TTC for 10 mo - continue with progesterone regimen
July 26, 2010 - Miscarried Woven at 6 wks
TTC for 10 mo continue with progesterone regimen and baby aspirin
April 2011 - Began this Blog - The Delicate Balance
July 13, 2011 - Miscarried Bunnin at 5.5 wks July, The Month of 4
September 5, 2011 - postive HPT - continue with progesterone regimen, baby aspirin, and added Welcome Womb
May 2012 - Delivered healthy baby girl - My Rainbow Baby
March 2013 - positive HPT - begin progesterone regimen, baby aspirin and Welcome Womb
March 2013 - blood test reveals high HCG
March 2013 - U/S measures baby at 5 wks
March - April 2013 - 4 additional u/s because of subchorionic hemorrhage. Discontinue baby aspirin.

May 2, 2013 - Miscarried Isaiah Michael at 11 wks gestation.

November 21, 2013 - HCG 17, expected to miscarry Sweet One, began bleeding about 1 week later.
